indicating your interest in attending the Fam trip. Please tell us about your
experience and volume in selling China. Along with your letter, please send the

After we receive your information, we will contact you
with confirmation within 5 working days.
 After you receive confirmation, please send us
the following items so that we may process your China Visa and ensure final confirmation
of your airline tickets:

passport(s). Passport(s) must be valid 6 months from the departure date, and have
at least one full blank page for the Chinese Visa (Non US citizens should send Permanent
Resident card if US resident). |

passport-size color photographs for each traveler. Indicate each person's name on
the back of each photograph. (Taiwanese & Hong Kong citizens should send three
photographs) |

Visa
processing fee of $65.00 per traveler, include handling fee. |

A deposit of
$300.00 per traveler is due within 7 working days of receiving our confirmation. If
confirmation is received within 60 days of departure, then full payment is due.
