indicating your interest in attending the Fam trip. Please tell us about your
experience and volume in selling China. Along with your letter, please send the

 After we receive your information, we will contact you
with confirmation within 5 working days.
  After you receive confirmation, please send us
the following items so that we may process your China Visa and ensure final confirmation
of your airline tickets:

passport(s). Passport(s) must be valid for at least 6 months based on the return
date, and have at least 2 full blank pages for the Chinese Visa (Non US citizens should
send Permanent Resident card if US resident). |

passport-size color photographs for each traveler. Indicate each person's name on
the back of each photograph. (Taiwanese & Hong Kong citizens should send three
photographs) |

Visa
processing fee of $160.00 per traveler, include handling fee. |
|
A deposit of
$400.00 per traveler is due at the time of reservation and the balance due within 7
working days of receiving our confirmation. Payment may be made by agency check or
personal check to R & J International, 360 Post St., Suite 900, San Francisco, CA

tours to China:

Air tickets
after ticketed is non-refundable & subject to airline penalties. |

All
cancellations should be made in writing by fax or post. |
|
$400
(non-refundable) deposit is due at the time of reservation. |

100% of total
trip cost if canellation received within 30 days prior to departure. |

Final payment of any balance is payable 60 days
before departure.
At least 7 days prior to departure, we will send
you by courier(i.e. Federal Express or California Overnight) plus $30, as the following
