Send us a fax or letter on your company letterhead indicating your interest in attending the Fam trip.  Please tell us about your experience and volume in selling China.  Along with your letter, please send the following:

	Fam Tour Reservation Request Form
	Copy of agency's IATAN Name List, and photocopy of agent's IATAN card
	Photocopy of participant's passport (inside front cover)

After we receive your information, we will contact you with confirmation within 5 working days.

After you receive confirmation, please send us the following items so that we may process your China Visa and ensure final confirmation of your airline tickets:

	Original passport(s).   Passport(s) must be valid 6 months from the departure date, and have at least one full blank page for the Chinese Visa (Non US citizens should send Permanent Resident card if US resident).
	2 passport-size color photographs for each traveler.  Indicate each person's name on the back of each photograph.  (Taiwanese & Hong Kong citizens should send three photographs)
	Visa processing fee of $65.00 per traveler, include handling fee.
	A deposit of $300.00 per traveler is due within 7 working days of receiving our confirmation.  If confirmation is received within 60 days of departure, then full payment is due.  Payment may be made by agency check or personal check to R & J International, 360 Post St., Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94108

Final payment of any balance is payable 60 days before departure.

At least 7 days prior to departure, we will send you by courier(i.e. Federal Express or California Overnight) plus $25, as the following items:   Passport(s) with Chinese Visa   Airline ticket(s) for your journey to China   R & J Tour badge(s)   R & J luggage tag(s)   Tour docrments and final information

Please note our cancellation policy for all Fam tours to China:

	All cancellations should be made in writing by fax or post.
	$150.00 cancellation charge per passenger if cancellation at least 60 days prior to departure.
	80% of total trip cost if cancellation received within 15 to 60 days prior to departure.
	100% of total trip cost if canellation received within 14 days prior to departure.
